Xev output

SUMMARY
While painting in krita my brush cursor would just turn into arrow along a linear line and when I paint from this point the window would be grabbed and moved if drag window from all empty space is enabled. This happens with both mouse and graphic tablet. 

Then I tested this with openbox as wm , the issue is not present there.When I tested it with Openbox kde session the bug was present but the line was vertical rather than horizontal. This may be an earlier bug which came back, it was solved in earlier version of the Kwin. Here is the older bug report - https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=371284

I am also attaching the output of `xev -root > xev.out` as request in the earlier bug report.

The reason of marking this "grave" because my work involves painting 8hrs a day and due to this bug I can't use kde with krita so it is practically unusable for me .
