SUMMARY
Virtual Keyboard is pinned to the top of the lock screen instead of the bottom for Microsoft Surface Pro 4. This same behavior is also present for the virtual keyboard for SDDM.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the virtual keyboard from the lock screen (or SDDM) on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4


OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard appears at the top of the screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Keyboard appears at the bottom of the screen

KDE neon 5.20 User Edition
Linux/KDE Plasma:

I can confirm the bug using KDE 5.19.5 on a Teclast X98 Pro tablet. The keyboard always appears at the top of the screen.
I do not know if this might be related at all, but the screen is set to be rotated 180° in my case.

I have the same issue with Plasma 5.20.3 on 
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon (Gen 6)

I encounter the same issue on Plasma 5.20.2. I was hoping this would be corrected in plasma 5.20.3 but it does not seem to be the case. :-(
We will have to wait plasma 5.20.4 :-(
