zero notifications

SUMMARY
If I download multiple files at the same time with one click on google chrome, it appear several notifications as espected, but in the window icon in the panel show the number Zero

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download several files with one click using google chrome

OBSERVED RESULT
screenshot attached

EXPECTED RESULT
correct number of notifications or downloaded files
