Description Andy Millman 2020-10-21 12:07:46 UTC
SUMMARY
Under Wayland left clicking the knotes tray icon will open up the notes menu in a random part of the screen instead of alongside the tray icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start knotes
2. Create some notes (not sure if this step is necessary)
3. Left click the tray-icon to view the notes menu

OBSERVED RESULT
notes menu opens up in random part of the screen

EXPECTED RESULT
notes menu should open up next to the tray icon (e.g. underneath for a top kde panel, or above for a bottom kde panel).

knotes is broken under wayland. This issue and https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=437874 are different effects of that fact.
