SUMMARY
Please let me choose what default audio to output at boot, or use the latest selected before shutdown

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect speakers and headphones 
2. select speakers as output
3. reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
headphones get selected at boot, as default output

EXPECTED RESULT
use the latest selection, like speakers in this case.

module-stream-restore should be doing this. I don't think we want this done at a KDE level.

Can you include output of  `pacmd info`

It always configure my USB headphones at boot, instead of speakers (used when logout)

Is this still a problem? I could not reproduce this with my laptop's HDMI output.
