SUMMARY
The date format does not change when application language is changed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Ledger, the date format is mm/dd/yyyy
2. Goto Help->Switch Application Language to British 
3. After restarting the KmyMoney, the date format in Ledger does not change to dd/mm/yyyy

OBSERVED RESULT
Ledger still display in mm/dd/yyyy

EXPECTED RESULT
Ledger should display date in dd/mm/yyyy

The issue reported is for the date format, not the - sign prior to the number.  Please review.

Which two (or more?) languages have you tried, and what date formats do you get and what do you expect?  Does Windows show different date formats for those two languages?

Sorry with the confusion about the minus sign. That was my bad.

Did you try if the problem persists in 5.1.0? A newer version (5.1.0) can be found on https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyMoney_Release_win64/  Don't worry about the recent failures: those are due to a problem in a dependent library.

No issues, I can understand.  I have tried in latest nightly builds as well, same issue.

I have tried to change the Microsoft Windows dates settings to India, restarted the KMyMoney, it worked as desired.
