SUMMARY
Transcode options under Kdenlive settings are missing, and also from the context menu of any clip in the project bin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kdenlive
2. Open "Settings-->Configure Kdenlive"-->"Transcode"
3. No entries
4. Add some clip to the project bin
5. Right click on any clip, select "Transcode", and no menu will open up.

Thank you for reporting. Yes the transcodes options are missing in 20.08.2. We check how to solve this.
