Notice the second time when I press Notifications, settings view will not be updated

In KDE settings page, if you click on a KCM from left panel (let's say Notifications) and then click on the tiny little home icon beside search box, and after that if you click on Notifications again, that won't be show up.

For a real world example please see attached video.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KDE settings
2. Click on Notifications
3. Click on Home icon beside search box
4. Again click on Notifications

OBSERVED RESULT

Notification settings won't show up.

EXPECTED RESULT
Notification settings must be shown.
