STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set global theme to Breeze
2. open Transmission torrent client
3. press ctrl+o

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, the icons on top of the gtk3 filechooser are barely visible

EXPECTED RESULT
good visibility

Much has changed in Breeze GTK since the opening of this bug; can you still reproduce it?
