SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure remember window position is enabled
2. start konsole
3. start another konsole instance

OBSERVED RESULT
konsole windows overlap each other

EXPECTED RESULT
the first konsole window gets places at the stored position, the next konsole window gets places by the window manager ( it's not overlapping)

Linux/KDE Plasma:

KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

see bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426725, which fixes the behavior for other apps like dolphin
