Tray icon is missing

SUMMARY
When all icons are hidden in tray, if I restart plasmashell, tray arrow disappears. I can't click over it too.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hide all tray icons (I don't know if it's the only trigger)
2. Restart plasmashell or reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
Tray arrow disappears

EXPECTED RESULT
It stays visible

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The only way to show the popup is using some keyboard shortcut assigned to any icon inside (ex: notifications). I used it to take the screenshot.

Can reproduce on 5.19, but already fixed in Plasma 5.20 which will be released tomorrow. :)
