SUMMARY
weird html code is displayed as tooltip in firewall applet notification. I am unsure if this is a plasma shell issue or a firewall aplet issue.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install firewalld. 
2. hover on firewall applet in notification area
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
wierd html code (see attachment)
