SUMMARY
Razer Atherus bluetooth mouse does not show up in Blue scanning devices window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put mouse in pairing mode.
2. From the PC, scan for new devices with either panel bluetooth "add devices" button and System Setting Bluetooth add devices.  


OBSERVED RESULT
Device scan fails to show Razer mouse.

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse should appear in the scan.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: yes
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Connecting BT headphones works fine.
Kubuntu 20.04 worked fine with same mouse
Ubuntu 20.10 (GNome) also works.  
Neon Dev Unstable with Plasma 5.20.8, FW 5.75, QT 5.15.0. also works fine.

Somehow connection issue resolved fixed itself...(possibly intermittent?). I reopen if I can repeat again.
