Magic want marquee tool cannot be deselected using shift+ctrl+A on mac in version 3.3.0


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the wand tool to select a shape.
2. Attempt to use shift+ctrl+A to deselect the marquee.
3. Observe that the marquee continues to be active and selected.

OBSERVED RESULT
Wand select tool marquee in ver 3.3.0 cannot be deselected.

EXPECTED RESULT
Wand tool marquee deselects when using shift+ctrl+A hotkey

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Clicking anywhere on the canvas does not deselect the marquee, nor does any other button combination.

On macOS, the Cmd key is used instead of Ctrl, so use cmd-shift-a.
