SUMMARY
Plasma shell crashes when clearing clipboard or notifications from system tray after latest update. Sometimes crash is random. Solved by deleting plasma and plasmashell folders from home/.local/share

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on clipboard/ notifications in system tray
2. click on clear icon
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
panel and desktop wallpaper disappear (plasmashell crashes)
