I wanted the oxygen window decorations, so I selected it.
Instead I get the plastik icons (maximise, close, etc) as well as other colours and styles.



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Selected plastik, reboot, select oxygen, reboot. Still no different 
2. Download different wind dec.(oxygen-air-colour). reboot, get air-oxygen-colour. select oxygen, reboot, still have plastik looks
3.
