Created attachment 132049 [details] screenshot SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use Layan global theme (Selects Breeze application theme) 2. Use Layan gtk theme 3. Open Firefox, Konqueror, Chromium and a plasma app (e.g. Spectacle) for comparison, load a webpage on all browsers. OBSERVED RESULT Spectacle looks as the application theme would suggest. Firefox's windows color is OK, menu highlights are incorrect, scrollbar shape is ok, but like menu highlights, the color is incorrect. Konqueror's window color is OK, menu highlights are correct, but scrollbar shape and color are worse than Firefox's - way different than expected. Chromium's windows color is wrong, and so are the menus and the scrollbar is identical to that of Konqueror - again way different than expected. EXPECTED RESULT Atleast KDE applications should look OK... I know gtk theme consistency is problematic, but when gtk themed applications look better than KDE applications in some areas (e.g. that scrollbar) - you know something is wrong. Interestingly, before loading any webpage on Konqueror, the scrollbars look as expected. It's only after loading a webpage that the wrong scrollbars are shown. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Mint 20 (5.4.0-48-generic) / Plasma 5.18.5 KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 5.18.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0 Qt Version: 5.12.8 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Added screenshots.

How apps look with a third-party theme - especially when comparing apps in different toolkits - is not really a bug in plasma.
