SUMMARY
Tooltips missing in Copositions/Effects tree

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Hover mouse pointer to any item on effects frame, and tooltips is missing

Tooltips for buttons, working fine.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Last version with working tooltips around 17.x

Thanks for your report! Yes, I can confirm: the effects do not have tool tips, but which content do you expect the tool tips to have?

Hint: I can get information/description for an effect by enabling the (i) icon on the top right. Please tell us if this solves your request.

In the 20.12.03/21.03.80 working fine
