Power Management - Energy Saving - Setting "Dim Screen" = After 2 Minutes (After 2 minutes of what? An Interaction? UI needs changing) After 2 minutes of no interaction with a mouse or keyboard. This should include interaction with the touch screen. The Mouse is needed every 2 minutes. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Scroll and zoom with the touch screen 2. After 2 mins and tough interaction the screen dims. 3. Touch the screen with a finger. Screen remains dim. 4. Click with the mouse. Screen wakes up. Undims. Expectation: Screen finger touch interactions should wake the screen. And should reset the Dim Screen Timer. I've just tested this on the latest Plasma and set the screen to turn off after 1 minute. I used only the touchscreen during this time and it did not turn off. Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. I'm setting status to "needsinfo" pending your response, please change back to "reported" or "resolved" when you respond, thanks.
Thanks. I'll test it as soon as the upgrade comes through. Kubuntu is slow to offer the upgrade message though.

It's not possible for me to test the newer version yet. As the OS Upgrade message did not appear yet.

In order to keep the bug tracker neat and tidy I am going to keep this one as resolved. Please submit a new bug report or reopen this one should the issue occur in the future.
Thanks. I just did a re-install to Kubuntu 20.10 and can confirm the problem is solved.
