STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open digital clock settings, click on "Time Zones" in the left side
2. scroll down to the last time zone with touchpad (scrolling with 2 fingers) or mouse wheel (this bug is not reproducible if I drag to scroolbar down)
3. maximize digital clock settings

OBSERVED RESULT
empty space on bottom of time zones list.

EXPECTED RESULT
no empty space

Currently the list of time zones is displayed in a popup and this bug is no longer reproducible.
