SUMMARY

Kscreenlocker not setting picture of the day as background

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go in systemsettings > Desktop behaviour > Screen locker > Aspect
2. Select "Picture of the day" as background type
3. Select "Bing" or others as provider
2. Apply the changes
3. Press Meta+L

OBSERVED RESULT

black background

EXPECTED RESULT

I should see the image provided by Bing as happens on the desktop

It should be because the reporter is using Arch (with tmpfs).

It works on plasma development environment provided by https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development#Plasma_Desktop
I suppose that it has been resolved on plasma 5.20. 
I don't know what to do.
