SUMMARY
When switching to editing another user the kcm loses changes that were done to the previous user

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change picture/name/whatever of user 
2. Note kcm is unsaved changes state
3. Switch to another user, kcm goes back to no save needed
4. go back to initial user, the original changes are lost

EXPECTED RESULT
The kcm should either keep the changes or warn before switching

Can reproduce; working on this.
