SUMMARY
kscreen.xrandr changes to non-existing output after screen wakeup

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Let a dual screen setup go to energy saving mode
2. Wake the screen with keyboard/mouse action

OBSERVED RESULT
After wakeup of the screen from energy saving, the plasma panel is missing from the primary screen (secondary screen is preserved), as the kscreen seems to change the display output configuration, and the primary screen seems to be treated as a new screen by plasmashell.

EXPECTED RESULT
plasma panel configuration on primary monitor restored to the original configuration.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Plasma 5.25 or 5.26?

If it is, please change the status to CONFIRMED when replying. If not, or if you can't because you no longer use this setup, you can change the status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME. Thanks a lot!
