SUMMARY
The appimage version shows stabilize under clipjobs. But the one installed with pkcon don't show it. Here is a video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FvFOFMGiiX8zTHCO37NYtbWJjE08bOaI/view?usp=sharing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdenlive on kde neon with pkcon
2. Import some clip.
3. Right click on a clip and hover on clip jobs. Stabilize is missing.

The Kdenlive team maintain only the AppImage the PPA and flatpak. This seems a packaging issue please contact the packager.
