SUMMARY

Click on a tool, like the underlining and it will show a popup hint. The icon is on the top left corner like in the screenshot. I guess it should be at the same height of the text with the same padding around it.

Breeze widget style probably?

Also happens with Fusion; but is only well visible with high screen scales.

ah, i guess the hidpi stuff is why i don't see the problem.

Don't buy hidpi monitors people, it's all broken :D
