Description jan.claussen10 2020-09-18 10:42:06 UTC
SUMMARY
When you pinch to zoom on a convertible laptop, Okular scrolls up very fast. The larger the document, the worse it is.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a large PDF in Okular
2. Use pinch to zoom

OBSERVED RESULT
Okular scrolls up

EXPECTED RESULT
It should only zoom

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0
Qt Version: 5.15.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This bug was also a problem in Xournal++ and they kind of fixed it by stopping the scrolling process. This results in scrolling up just a bit and eventually in a trembling effect. I can imagine that this bug is though deep inside of qt5 or the KDE framework.
