SUMMARY When using the open archives as folders feature in dolphin. Double clicking a password protected archives will just infinitely try to load the contents unsuccessfully. I believe it used to simply give an error message. Both results are undesirable. It would be nice to have a password prompt for the encrypted archive that lets dolphin open the archive as a folder like normal. I'm not sure this is the right place, but I saw a bug report for this about two years ago linked here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=391295. Feel free to redirect this to the right place. I just figured I would file an official feature request for this behavior. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Enable open archives as a folder in dolphin. 2. Open an encrypted archive in dolphin. OBSERVED RESULT Dolphin switches to what looks like an empty folder and indefinitely tries to load contents of archives. EXPECTED RESULT Dolphin prompts for password then loads contents of password protected archives. openSUSE Tumbleweed KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74 Qt Version: 5.15.1
