kscreenlocker is using the latest keyboard layout from ibus but not provide a way to change it, all hotkeys not working. It means if I switch layout to Russian I can't unlock PC without a virtual keyboard (my password in English). You should be able to change the keyboard layout from the screen locker itself. There's a little button in the bottom-left corner of the screen for this. Then you can change the layout from ru to us. Does that work for you?

I didn't see this button when I used iBus, with fcixt it exists.
Ok, I understand now. The button for change language on the lock screen I can see only for the Wayland session, and it's doesn't show for the Xorg session.
Thank you for reporting this issue in KDE software. As it has been a while since it was reported, can we please ask you to see if you can reproduce the issue with a recent software version?
