STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install package libalkimia from opensuse leap 15.1 or 15.2
2. start onlinequoteseditor5 from a console
3. select profile 'alkimia5' 
4. press "install" in quote source list
5. vote an entry

OBSERVED RESULT
The log shows: 
ProviderManager::authenticate: No authentication credentials provided, aborting. "https://api.kde-look.org/ocs/v1/content/vote/1256909"
org.kde.knewstuff.core: Authentication missing!
org.kde.attica: error found QNetworkReply::NetworkError(OperationCanceledError)
org.kde.knewstuff.core: job error:  1  status code:  5 ""

EXPECTED RESULT
The voting should work
