Crash report generated at time of desktop crash.

SUMMARY
Reconnecting to eth0 using NetworkManager causes Plasma to crash

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disconnect wired ethernet connect and allow network to disconnect
2. Open NetworkManager from desktop tray and select eth0 then Connnect.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Wall paper goes black and Plasam error indication crash is displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma will not crash

This should be fixed in Plasma 5.20+. The offending Plotter class is no longer used.
