SUMMARY
sys pops up "KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/sweeper'" when close 'sweeper' which has been launched by system monitor 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system monitor
2. open tools->sweeper
3. close sweeper

OBSERVED RESULT
pops up a window "KDEInit could not launch '/usr/bin/sweeper'"

EXPECTED RESULT
does not pop up

Cannot reproduce on Plasma 5.22 beta, Arch Linux.

ksysguard is no longer maintained, in Plasma 6 there is the Plasma system monitor for this task.

If your issue still happens with the Plasma 6 replacement, please re-open and we can move this bug to the new product, thanks!
