Description Sam Javor 2020-09-13 08:48:43 UTC
SUMMARY
I am coming across new users that look to save the video in the 'file' menu and only see the opentimelineIO export which causes confusion on how to render the video.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. new user edits video in timeline
2. new user goes to 'file' menu to "save" the final video.
3. new user doesn't think to look in 'project' menu for render.

SUGGESTED SOLUTION'
I suggest creating a "Import" and "Export" node in the 'file' menu with descriptive subnodes.

For example: file->export->render video
Potential problem would be people wanting to 'import' clips to the bin.
