Hi, Can you please make sure kpeople-vcard is installed? I don't know how the Neon package is set up so it may not get pulled in automatically. If if is installed, please check ~/.local/share/kpeoplevcard for a folder named kdeconnect-<device id> which should contain a bunch of .vcf files. If there is no such folder or no .vcf files, please make sure the contacts plugin is enabled on the phone and the desktop.

We do not control how the packaging is done and Ubuntu/Neon have a particular view about optional dependencies. You could contact the package maintainer with this suggestion, though
