SUMMARY
Similar to bug 417836, only reproducible on X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > input devices > keyboard
2. click on "Layouts" tab
3. check both "Show layout indicator" and "Show for single layout" options
4. set task manager to open a new instance on middle click
5. right-click on "Keyboard layout" applet in system tray, choose "Configure layouts..."
6. middle click on the entry of Keyboard kcm in the task manager 

OBSERVED RESULT
error message shown in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
no error message

it's no longer possible to open Keyboard KCM via "Keyboard layout" applet
on Plasma 5.22 beta.
