SUMMARY

When increase the background size to 100% under appearance tab, the blue effect stop working.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Enable blur effect.
If the background size is 100% it will not have effect.
Decrease background size to 99%, blur will come back.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be blur at 100% background size.

This effects both xorg and wayland on KDE Plasma.

v0.9.x is not maintained any more, use git version
