Crash Message after Krita is closed.

SUMMARY

After you open Krita and close it an error messages appears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita
2. Close Krita
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Crash message appears, see attached screen shot. Leaves a backup file. Not sure if this is intentional.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should not show a message.
