SUMMARY
when viewing an archive file (a .zip file in my case) on an usb stick, the stick cannot be unmounted even after exiting the archive file as the archive.so does not get unloaded.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. put an archive file (like a .zip) file on an ust stick
2. open the .zip file from within dolphin
3. exit the zip file again
4. try to unmount

OBSERVED RESULT
usb stick cannot be unmounted

EXPECTED RESULT
stick should be unmounted without problems

are you opening the zip archive as folder? If so, I can reproduce with a zip archive, but not with tar one.
Dolphin 21.04.1 displays an inline error message when I try to unmount the removable device:
"One or more files on this device are opened in application "dolphinfBzlIl.3.slave-socket".
