SUMMARY The System Tray Applet in a Latte-dock panel does not function correctly. From a self-built installation following the instructions in git of the latest version, right-click on the icons does not show their menus, but the System Tray Applet menu (control+right click works). Also, whenever I configure which entries to always show/show when relevant/disable, it works for the session but after a reboot it goes back to default. Both issues are not present in the System Tray Applet in a Default Plasma Panel. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create Latte-dock panel with System Tray Applet 2. Configure the entries shown/disabled 3. Reboot. 4. Right-click on an entry. OBSERVED RESULT Right-click shows the System Tray menu, not the entry menu and the entries shown are back to the default ones, not the configured ones. EXPECTED RESULT Right click on an entry shows that entry's specific menu, and the configured entries as shown/disabled, etc. are kept after each reboot. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0 Qt Version: 5.15.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION It is my first issue submitted, please let me know if you need any more details or if I am doing anything wrong.
The thing is that with latest master I can not reproduce. 1. If you create a new Latte panel and follow the same steps you have the same issue? 2. Can you please send your Latte layout file to check it out? 3. Are you using Latte Systray Tweaks? In case you do, have you updated them properly based on your plasma version? 4. When you run, latte-dock -v, in command prompt what is your Latte version appearing?

Thank you for the quick answer. It was fixed by creating a new latte panel or just deleting the old System Tray applet from the old panel and adding it again later. Now both right-click and configuration work perfectly. I imported my layouts from the older version where I had the problem, so I guess it persisted in the new one too. I will leave the information here just in case: 1. It does work well with a new latte-panel. 2. I actually attach the old backup files I used when I imported them, before fixing it, in case it is useful if you want to look more into it. 3. I am not using Latte Systray Tweaks. 4. My Latte plasma version is 0.9.86 Again, thank you for the prompt response and the great work you do with latte-dock, and sorry for making you check what was a stupid error on my part!
