SUMMARY
When you want to remap an hotkey and you want something with the "TAB" key, the system switch to the place where you're entering your new hotkey from the next place.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the place where you can personalize your hotkeys 
2. Try to remap an hot key with something+TAB or even just TAB

OBSERVED RESULT
You can't made an personalized hotkey with TAB
