SUMMARY
[Wayland] systemsettings froze when switching tabs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a Plasma Wayland session
2. Run systemsettings
3. Open "plasma behaviour" section
4. Click and hold LMB on the tabbar on the left and move the mouse between multiple tabs

OBSERVED RESULT
The window changes title to "... (Not Responding)", see screenshot. Do not unfreeze.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should not freeze.

Can you please run systemsettings with WAYLAND_DEBUG=1 and post the debug output here?

I tried to, but it didn't freeze this time. Filed another report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=426289

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
