SUMMARY
every time i try to use the timeline tool for animations the program closes and delet all my work, i tried to reinstall, but the bug continued

Can you please:

* Attach the contents of help->system information for bug reports to this report
* Attach the %LOCALAPPDATA%\kritacrash.log to this report
* Check whether the nightly stable release (https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Stable_Windows_Build/) also crashes for you?

Please make sure you try those two things:
- turn Canvas Graphics Acceleration in Configure Krita -> Display on and restart Krita. It shouldn't crash any more.
- download Krita Plus from the website. It shouldn't crash either, even with CGA off.

If any of those facts are not true in your case, please change the bug report status to "Reported" or "Reopened", we will investigate further. (But I'm pretty sure that's the case).
