Description kde 2020-09-05 13:35:43 UTC
SUMMARY
The two-finger scroll gesture doesn't work as expected in Konsole. When trying to scroll with two fingers, the contents of the terminal move very erratically instead of smooth.

Scrolling on the edge of the touchpad works fine and smoothly.
In other KDE applications like Dolphin, the two-finger gesture works fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have many lines of content in Konsole, for example by doing a simple "dmesg | less"
2. try scrolling with the two-finger gesture on a touchpad

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is choppy

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling should be smooth

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20200902
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0
Qt Version: 5.15.0
Kernel Version: 5.8.4-1-default
OS Type: 64-bit

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested it on another laptop and two-finger scrolling is choppy there as well.
