SUMMARY Kfontview is missing from Neon Unstable 5.19.80. It's been missing for weeks but I don't know exactly when / if something changed. It's still in 5.19.5. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open system settings 2. Search for fonts OBSERVED RESULT Fonts (kfontview) is missing. EXPECTED RESULT SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Fonts kcm is missing too.
This is not unique to KDE Neon. I can reproduce on Manjaro KDE-Dev. kcmshell5 --list | grep font returns nothing. $ pacman -Q | grep systemsettings systemsettings-git 5.19.80.r2255.g099c0382-1 From kinfocenter: Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0 Qt Version: 5.15.0 Kernel Version: 5.7.19-2-MANJARO OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i7 CPU M 620 @ 2.67GHz Memory: 3.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa DRI Intel® HD Graphics
Possible root cause: The fonts kcm was moved from plasma-desktop source to plasma-workspace. Looks like there was something missed in cmake in the move that resulted in the moved kcm not getting built

Resolved in latest Neon Unstable updates downloaded at 13:15 GMT Monday 14th Sept 2020. I used Adjust All Fonts and changed all font sizes from 10 to 11 and it works as expected.
