ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Can you please try Krita Plus from the website and see if it crashes too?
Comment 2 Halla Rempt 2020-09-04 13:45:01 UTC
Also... You don't tell us what you're actually doing. Does this happen when you're making an animation? Or on creating a new image? Does it always happen??

* Check whether manually changing the gpu renderer to Angle makes a different (settings->configure krita->display)

* Please also attach the contents of %LOCALAPPDATA%\kritacrash.log.
Comment 3 Tiar 2020-09-08 13:08:03 UTC
Please make sure you try those two things:
- turn Canvas Graphics Acceleration in Configure Krita -> Display on and restart Krita. It shouldn't crash any more.
- download Krita Plus from the website. It shouldn't crash either, even with CGA off.

If any of those facts are not true in your case, please change the bug report status to "Reported" or "Reopened", we will investigate further. (But I'm pretty sure that's the case).

Hi -
Sorry for not responding earlier - after I downloaded Krita Plus - that
problem stopped.
If there should be any additional crashes, I will update.

Anyways, Thanks for supporting this product - I love it !
