SUMMARY
Make drag-n-drop more evident - kind of color-label outline around the target item (be it a directory, tag, etc.)


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. drag n drop a tag (tag tree view) or a directory (albums) on another tag/directory to merge/move items
2. if we hover over the target tag/directory, i wanna see a visual indicator as well
