SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a Global Theme with Plasma Style included (e.g. Sweet);
2. Set a Plasma Style that doesn't match the theme you set before (e.g. if you set Sweet theme, set Breeze Dark Plasma Style);
3. Reboot or re-login.

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma Style reverts back to the one from the Global Theme.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma Style stays on what it was explicitly set.
