Created attachment 131359 [details] Dmesg for my ThinkPad E550. SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Download iso. 2. "Burn" to USB stick. 3. Boot. OBSERVED RESULT USB stick boots to blank screen. LED on USB stick (if present) blinks repeatedly, but nothing else happens. EXPECTED RESULT Boot to KDE desktop SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon 5.19.4 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.73.0 Qt Version: 5.14.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have attempted to "burn" the USB key using Rosa Writer (as provided by the KDE Neon website), "dd" and "ddrescue", and booting with both UEFI with BIOS disabled, and UEFI with BIOS and CSM enabled, with the same result. I have seen reports that BIOS booting works but I am dual booting Neon with Manjaro, which is already installed using UEFI, so BIOS booting is not an option. The laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad E550 (dmesg attached)
Does the Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS ISO image boot?
