SUMMARY
The display of images and icons is not matching the pattern of rectangular slides on import.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose import from an USB mounted CF card
2. Enjoy

Unaligned images and icons with grid

Aligned images and icons with grid

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
4K screen (3840 x 2160) with 150% (Recommended) scaling
(Additionally, the import is very slooooow)

This problem has already been fixed in digiKam-7.1.0 with this commit:
