SUMMARY When the preview is turn on. space key cannot insert space in edit area, ctrl+s has conflict. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. enable the Document Preview in Configure->Plugins 2. open a markdown document, click the right side-panel to turn on the preview 3. try to type in text editor, try to press the space key 4. Ctrl+S in text editor OBSERVED RESULT - Cannot insert space - warning about Ctrl+S is ambiguous, but the shortcuts only assigned Save to Ctrl+S. - any key press intercepted in okular will conflict with the kate text editor. EXPECTED RESULT Can insert space, should not have any shortcut key conflict. The preview plugin should prevent okular to intercept any key press. You mention Okular. Could you clarify if this report is for the Kate text editor or for the Okular document viewer?
