Try this workaround: before Rendering. Close Kdenlive, switch your system language to English (USA) which has a dot as decimal separator. Restart Kdenlive and render should work.

My system is single language. Isn't there any other fix ?

Close Kdenlive.

Click on search: type "region". On the new window top right click on "additional dates..", then on "date, time" then on "more settings" then change the decimal separator to dot. Apply, ok, ok and then close the time/region window.

Restart Kdenlive.

That can't be done there's only the seperator itself.

I meant click into the decimal symbol field and press the "point" key. Then apply and close.
